It is Strictly Prohibited to dispose of liquids, propane tanks, batteries, oils, chemicals, asbestos, flammable/explosive materials, medical waste, toxic substances, or hazardous materials, and legal ownership, environmental liability, and title to all prohibited waste remains exclusively with the Customer at all times. A Regulated Item Processing Fee will be charged if restricted items are put in the dumpster, which applies to: Tires, tire rims, liquid paint, refrigerators, freezers, televisions, monitors, electronics, mattresses, box springs, pressure-treated wood, tubs, spas, boats, engines, water tanks, washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, ovens, and major appliances.

No, please do not fill past the maximum fill line for safety reasons.

We cannot transport the dumpster if it is overfilled or objects are sticking out of the top. We are required to tarp the dumpster before loading it.

The Max Dumpster Weight Capacity is 6.00 tons; if a dumpster requires transport exceeding 6.00 tons, an Overweight Transport Fee will apply, and Earth Haul LLC reserves the right to decline transport of overfilled or unsafely loaded dumpsters, meaning if a trip is aborted due to safety or capacity limits, standard Dry Run Service Fees and wait times apply.

Weight capacities are strictly defined by dumpster size, and every fraction of a ton exceeding these base weight allowances strictly incurs an overage fee plus ancillary fee.

Customer presence is not required for placement, and if absent, the driver uses best judgment, meaning Customer waives the right to dispute location or request relocation without a dry run fee.

• The dumpster can be placed on a clear, accessible location specified by the customer.
• The delivery location needs to be on flat solid ground surface and accessible to ensure that our truck can safely deliver and pick up the dumpster.

We make sure you only pay for the tonnage you use, which is why we don't charge for extra tonnage upfront.

While your debris may fit within the volume of the container you rent, the weight of your debris can exceed the dumpster’s base weight limit. For example, a 20-yard dumpster filled to the max fill line with household trash will weigh less than the same dumpster filled with dirt or concrete.

• This means you can only partially fill specific dumpster sizes with those heavier materials to stay within the weight limit.
• Landfills charge disposal costs by the ton, so exceeding the dumpster’s weight limit will result in additional costs.

No problem. You can rent multiple dumpsters at the same time, depending on availability. We can deliver an additional dumpster to your work area or jobsite. You can move the excess debris into another dumpster, or we may be able to dump onsite if possible. Additional weight and overload charges will apply.

A roll-off dumpster is a rectangular box with no lid, a swinging door, and wheels on one end. When your dumpster rental is delivered, a truck uses the dumpster’s wheels to roll it into place. In simple terms, a roll-off dumpster is an open-top dumpster with wheels that “rolls” into position.

You may need a local municipal permit or compliance fee depending on your city and where you plan to place the dumpster. If you plan to keep your container in the street or blocking a sidewalk, contact your local city officials for permitting information before delivery. Any local compliance fees or permit costs are not included in the rental price.

Depending on demand and local availability, there’s generally no limit to the number of dumpsters you can rent at one time. We can provide as many dumpsters as your project requires, either delivered together or staggered based on your schedule. We can also deliver dumpsters to multiple jobsites.

Avoid overloading or damaging the dumpster during use.

We have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $1,000 fine. If you need to have your dumpster(s) moved, please call us.

Opening and operating the back door of a roll-off dumpster is simple, but it’s important to follow proper safety steps.

Step 1: Locate the Safety Pin

Each EarthHaul dumpster has a safety pin that secures the rear door closed during transport. Before opening the door, remove the safety pin carefully.

Step 2: Release the Door Latch

Once the safety pin is removed, release the latch mechanism that holds the door shut.

Step 3: Open the Rear Door Slowly

Swing the door open slowly and carefully. The door is heavy, so maintain control while opening it.

Step 4: Load Safely

When loading through the back, distribute weight evenly and always keep debris below the marked max fill line to avoid overweight charges.

Step 5: Close and Secure the Door

After loading, close the door firmly, re-engage the latch, and reinsert the safety pin to secure it.
